I get a lot of questions from folks who believe that they have chronic telogen effluvium (CTE) who are at the end of their ropes. They’re sick of shedding hair and losing volume and they are afraid that if they keep shedding at this rate for much longer, the appearance of their hair is going to continue to decline. But, they have no idea what to do because no matter what they do or which treatments they try, the shedding just doesn’t stop or get any better. They’ve seen no improvement and they can’t see any light at the end of the tunnel. In the following article, I’ll go over what CTE is, what might indicate if you have it, and how some people are able to stop it.
